The once-known as Bridal Reloved York approached me with a clear vision for something completely different. Wanting to break away from the mainstream bridal industry and follow a passion for all things alternative and gothic, the new brand needed to feel unique, magical and unmistakably hers. For Ravens & Mavens, I took inspiration from fairytales and gothic romance, creating a bespoke logo with an elegant hand-drawn style and distinctive curls flowing from the ends of the letters. To add another layer of character, I incorporated a raven into the S of “Ravens”, creating a subtle but memorable brand detail. The result is a distinctive identity that feels enchanting, alternative and perfectly suited to a bridal shop that does things differently.
